Continuing Education
We are committed to your professional development and provide for 40 hours of continuing profession education – regardless of whether you have your CPA license.
Professional Dues
All professional dues for approved organizations are paid for by the Firm, including AICPA and all state societies.
CPA Review Course
To encourage employees to pass the CPA exam, the Firm provides a reimbursement of approved CPA review course materials.
Tuition Reimbursement
After 12 months of service, employees are eligible to participate in our tuition reimbursement program.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
This benefit is available to all full-time employees, permitting pre-tax dollars to be set aside to pay for qualified dependent care.
Wellness Room
Our headquarter office has a dedicated wellness room which can be utilized by nursing moms or any employee who is feeling a bit under the weather.
Employee Assistance Program
As part of our medical insurance, employees have access to clinicians to assist with various physical health, mental health, and work/life balance issues.
Life Insurance
After completion of six months of service, at no cost to you, the Firm provide life insurance equal to three times your annual salary (with maximum coverage of $400,000).
Short-Term Disability Insurance
Paid leave up to 26 weeks of qualified absence at 60% of annual base salary.
Long-Term Disability Insurance
Paid leave beginning after 180 days of qualified disability at 60& of annual base salary.
Accident Insurance
Provides lump sum payments for unexpected injuries.
Critical Illness Insurance
Provides lump sum payment for diagnosis of covered critical illness.
Hospital Indemnity Insurance
Provide benefits if admitted to a hospital and based on number of days hospitalized.
Annual Performance Bonuses
Discretionary bonuses are offered twice per year based on individual performance and to share in the overall success of the Firm.
Base Salary
We strive to offer a base salary commensurate with the external market and equitable among each position.
Employee Referral Program
If you refer a new employee to the Firm, we provide a referral bonus based on the position level hired.
Milestone Service Awards
Annually, we celebrate those employees who have reached certain professional milestones with the Firm.
Holidays
We provide 16 paid holidays, including extended Firm holidays, throughout the year.
Extended Holidays
In order to allow our staff to pause, relax and recharge, we provide two extended holidays throughout the year, with our offices closed the week of Independence Day and the week of Thanksgiving.
Paid Time Off
Our flexible time off policy annually provides 25 days for all full-time employees, subject to date of hire, to be used at your discretion. Paid time off can be used for vacation, sick leave or observance of cultural or religious holidays.
Volunteer Time Off
Giving back to the community is important to all of us. We provide three days each year for employees to spend time giving back to charitable organizations that mean something to YOU. Throughout the year, we also offer opportunities for our staff to participate in a community events together.
Skip Day
An event unique to Rubino, we close the office for a day and we organize a selection of activities for employees to strengthen our camaraderie and to better get to know our colleagues.
After completion of 500 hours of service, employees are permitted to enroll in our 401(k) Plan and contribute pre-tax dollars. We offer a matching contribution of 25% of all employee contributions, excluding any catch-up contributions, and vest over three years.
In addition, we have wealth management advisors in our office to assist with your long-term financial planning and investment decisions.
Medical Plans
Comprehensive medical coverage is available to each full-time employee, spouse/domestic partner and dependents. Offering three medical plan options allows you to select the plan and coverage that works best for you.
Dental Plan
Offering two dental plan options, dental coverage provides for routine preventive care, as well as restorative and major care, including orthodontia services.
Vision Plan
Vision care coverage provides for an annual examination as well as contracts, lenses, and frames.
Health Savings Accounts
Participating in the Health Savings Account (HSA) will allow you to save pre-tax dollars for qualified medical expenses. Additionally, Company contributions are made on your behalf to your HSA account each pay period.

This benefit is available to all full-time employees permitting pre-tax dollars to be set aside to pay for qualified medical expenses.
