Washington, D.C.-Area Accounting Firm Rubino & Company Announces Merger with Kozak, Pollekoff & Goldman

Bethesda, MD (September 1, 2021) – Rubino & Company, a nationally-recognized CPA firm specializing in financial services and regulatory consulting, announced today that Kozak, Pollekoff & Goldman (KPG), a CPA firm in Tysons Corner, Virginia, will join Rubino & Company and will assume the Rubino & Company name effectively immediately.

Kozak, Pollekoff & Goldman has served the Washington, DC metro region since 1992 specializing in all areas of real estate, providing attest and compliance services in the affordable housing arena, as well as providing financial and tax services to not-or-profit organizations, estates and trusts, and high net worth clients.

By joining Rubino & Company, KPG will continue to serve its clients with the added resources of a larger firm. Together, the firms will provide traditional services with greater expertise in real estate and affordable housing, tax consulting, and audit and reviews, among other services. In addition, this expansion includes new service offerings to KPG clients through Rubino & Company’s experience in wealth management, international tax consulting, and regulatory compliance.
