As part of our commitment to employee health and wellness, we offer flexibility in our work arrangements, including flexible hours, hybrid / remote work options, and compressed workweeks based on department needs and employee performance. Each employee may have different needs and circumstances, such as childcare responsibilities, personal obligations, or health conditions. Holidays
We provide 16 paid holidays, including extended Firm holidays, throughout the year.

Extended Holidays
In order to allow our staff to pause, relax and recharge, we provide two extended holidays throughout the year, with our offices closed the week of Independence Day and the week of Thanksgiving.

Paid Time Off
Our flexible time off policy annually provides 25 days for all full-time employees, subject to date of hire, to be used at your discretion. Paid time off can be used for vacation, sick leave or observance of cultural or religious holidays.

Volunteer Time Off
Giving back to the community is important to all of us. We provide three days each year for employees to spend time giving back to charitable organizations that mean something to YOU. Throughout the year, we also offer opportunities for our staff to participate in a community events together.

Skip Day
An event unique to Rubino, we close the office for a day and we organize a selection of activities for employees to strengthen our camaraderie and to better get to know our colleagues.
