MARINA SEGURA

Marina Segura, senior manager, is an experienced audit professional with more than two decades in the accounting profession, specializing in audit and assurance services for organizations across multiple industries.

She provides financial statement audit support, internal control evaluation, and compliance reporting for clients, including law firms, real estate companies, hospitality organizations, investment management firms, and employee benefit plans.

Marina began her audit career with Deloitte and later continued her public accounting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she developed deep expertise in audit methodology and financial reporting standards.

Before joining Rubino, Marina worked in an internal audit role supporting a resort company during its transition from private ownership to a publicly traded organization. Her experience in both external and internal audit environments allows her to help clients strengthen internal controls, improve financial reporting processes, and maintain compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

Marina also has experience supporting affordable housing audits and compliance reporting and helping organizations meet industry regulations while ensuring accurate and transparent financial reporting.
