Philippe Lindsay is a senior manager leading our public housing authority audit practice, overseeing all engagement activities. He has audited a variety of housing agencies including public housing authorities, nonprofits, and Low‐Income Tax Credit entities. Philippe has over 30 years of experience in government accounting and auditing.

Philippe Lindsay is a director leading our public housing authority audit practice, overseeing all engagement activities. He has audited a variety of housing agencies including public housing authorities, nonprofits, and Low‐Income Tax Credit entities. Philippe has over 30 years of experience in government accounting and auditing.

During his career, he has provided financial audit, single audit, tax, compliance, and consulting services to more than 125 housing authorities in 28 states throughout the United States.

As a Housing Authority employee, Philippe has been the Director of Finance/CFO at the Chattanooga TN, Stamford, CT and Alexandria, VA Housing Authorities. He’s also participated in over 300 housing authority engagements during a previous eighteen years stint as a previous firm.
